I rarely leave reviews but I felt it necessary to note how happy we are with the quality of our new Air Getty dutch door from Pinky's as well as the service we received. The door itself is of unbelievable quality, solid and arrived square and in 3 pieces so installation was extremely fast, we simply caulked it, bolted it together and onto to our framing. The welds are impeccably clean, the powder coating is perfect and the weatherstripping is so air-tight there's notable suction whenever the door is opened or closed. This door was initially out of our budget but after visiting the showroom we made the decision to splurge on it for our new entryway build and we're so happy we did. I want to give special thanks to Dayne at Pinky's HQ who was extremely patient and helpful, walked us through the product line, answered all of our many questions about their various door options and gave us a full breakdown of installation and maintenance. He even followed up weeks later to make sure install went as described and we were happy. Very pleased with our purchase, thanks again, we will definitely buy another door from Pinky's.

Marilyn has always responded to emails, texts, phone calls promptly, worked with us to figure out exactly how these doors/ windows will land and if there are any issues along the way, she puts the fires out and keeps me informed throughout the process.

We ordered a gorgeous french door from Pinkys on a Saturday. First thing Monday morning I had an email, a phone call and a text requesting a call with Nikos to discuss our order. Nikos was incredibly helpful in explaining why, sadly, the door we ordered wouldnt be appropriate for our project. He immediately refunded the full amount without hesitation. We do a lot of renovation projects; Its fair to say that this kind of transparency and customer service is rare in todays world, particularly in the trades. Purchased a PINKYS Air 4 door for my back patio a couple of weeks ago for pick up. I accidentally ordered two lock sets instead of just the one I needed. Nikos from customer service contacted me within 15 minutes asking if it was a mistake or if I was using the locks for another door. I would’ve easily not noticed and been out that money.
