We ordered a gorgeous french door from Pinkys on a Saturday. First thing Monday morning I had an email, a phone call and a text requesting a call with Nikos to discuss our order. Nikos was incredibly helpful in explaining why, sadly, the door we ordered wouldnt be appropriate for our project. He immediately refunded the full amount without hesitation. We do a lot of renovation projects; Its fair to say that this kind of transparency and customer service is rare in todays world, particularly in the trades. We look forward to working with Pinkys on future projects!

Purchased a PINKYS Air 4 door for my back patio a couple of weeks ago for pick up. I accidentally ordered two lock sets instead of just the one I needed. Nikos from customer service contacted me within 15 minutes asking if it was a mistake or if I was using the locks for another door. I would’ve easily not noticed and been out that money. Great customer service and amazing product. The door looks great and works flawlessly. Thank you Nikos and the PINKYS team. I’ll be back for the next one.
