GoogleVery thorough and extremely helpful. The process was easier than I expected
GoogleI appreciate how easy and thorough this process was. I had a million questions & they were all answered fully. Everyone there was super patient with me & always took time for phone calls. Emails were always responded to the same day & I was made feel confident about the entire process (being that this was my first time doing a deed transfer, it felt overwhelming before I called you guys & much simpler afterwards). I definitely recommend Philly deeds. (no, i'm not a bot lol DM me on instagram & I can tell you myself how great this experience was @JoeyyDeVille)
GoogleCory Wise at Philly Deeds was a delight to work with. He loves viewing homes, and at no time in our journey did we feel pressured into making a decision. In addition to being personable, he freely shares insights from his long experience in home improvement to help inform decisions. He was also a terrific advocate once we entered the negotiation phase. My wife and I would recommend him to our friends without hesitation..
GoogleThey were very knowledgeable about the process, and efficient with getting my paperwork done! I would return in the future!! Thanks Cory!
