I appreciate how easy and thorough this process was. I had a million questions & they were all answered fully. Everyone there was super patient with me & always took time for phone calls. Emails were always responded to the same day & I was made feel confident about the entire process (being that this was my first time doing a deed transfer, it felt overwhelming before I called you guys & much simpler afterwards). Cory Wise at Philly Deeds was a delight to work with. He loves viewing homes, and at no time in our journey did we feel pressured into making a decision. In addition to being personable, he freely shares insights from his long experience in home improvement to help inform decisions. Philly Deed came highly recommended and lived up to the hype. I had the pleasure of working with them on several occasions and they were extremely responsive, professional, and attentive to my deed process. They were also knowledgeable about their various products and took the time to answer all of my questions to ensure that we utilized the appropriate product.
