I have used Perfection Connection for the past 6 years for all my home automation needs - from setting up my network, changing out all my TV's and hardware, to organizing the set up and installation of a media room for my kids with giant TV, multiple gaming systems, lighting etc. Ian and his team are amazing! Whenever I have issues with any component, they are usually able to send someone out within 24-48 hours to troubleshoot and fine tune the system. Great customer service!

The team at Perfection Connection came in after I mentioned that I needed to change the light color and make my home more sensory friendly for my autistic children. They did a fantastic job with creating a comforting space that instantly made a difference for my children. They also remounted my TV and cleaned up all the wiring that I had done myself so that there was nothing the kids could pull on and made my internet more secure so there are no more meltdowns when their favorite shows cut out. Seems like minor fixes to some but for us it has made all the difference! They worked quickly, and made sure everything was in order before the kids got home removing any stress from me.

Excellent service by professionals who really know what they are doing. You'll pay a bit extra per hour, maybe, but you are getting people who go the extra mile. I recently asked them to work on two jobs. On the first, the work ran into an obscure technical issue that took a couple of extra hours to resolve. They stuck at it without complaint and honored the original quote. They even installed a different hardware solution with no charge for labour.

On the second, they finished the work in less time than the estimate, and refunded the difference.

I can recommend Perfection Connection without any hesitation.

Ian and his team are truly amazing.

Previously, I had three different companies to my house to solve my A/V issues and none of them were able to. Then, friends recommended Perfection Connection and Ian came over to look at my current setup and said "Easy, we can solve this for you".

They did what others could not. All aspects of Perfection Connection struck me as extremely professional. Technically, the team is very good. Their communication is very clear and their pricing is fair.

Since the first work at our home, they have installed two big screen TVs and an additional sound system. Everything works flawlessly and the end result is visually clean because all components are out of sight.

I would recommend Perfection Connection very, very highly.
