Very very nice people, and they picked up and delivered our items as requested, but did not follow directions written out in a text, per their request. The biggest issue was that they did not lock down a French door the way that they found it, on a home that was being renovated, therefore since the home is not currently being lived in, it was several days later that the French doors were found wide open because they did not secure the first door to the top and bottom of the door frame the way they found it, and that was something I specifically requested they do. I spoke to several different people throughout the transaction, and feel that because of that, my instructions were overlooked by each one of them. Just frustrating when you’re asked for instructions, give very specific bones and they are totally ignored. Hoping that we don’t find that some critters have relocated to the inside of the home during these few days.

Jeremiah, Devin, Kayla and Albert are four of the hardest working people I have ever seen. These people are machines, indefatigable energizer-bunny-like phenomenal super humans. The job they accepted was incredibly tedious and time consuming and they knocked it right out, making it look easy. They went way above and beyond, going the extra mile to make sure my job was completed in a professional and timely manner. I love these people and heartily recommend them without reservation! 30 minute response to my telephone request to move a 600lb safe up 4 steps and place in the home. Equipment And Safety were excellent. Their workflow overall was fantastic. Their uniforms were very clean and they had a working manager who did a great job making the move smooth. A+

These guys are rock stars! Jeremiah was so kind, attentive and considerate! One mover was his daughter and she made a best friend out of my 6 year old daughter and the other mover was just as great! They took on projects that my husband and I were dreading and made it look like a breeze! 10/10 recommend ⭐️
P.S. they took apart and rebuilt this monstrosity- among several other things!
