I have no words that will express how amazing and kind the owners are. They go above and beyond to make everything seamless. Last minute I was unable to attend an event due to illness and they were so gracious helping me put gift bouquets together for delivery to the event. I’m sure the bouquets will be gorgeous. A must use florist!

My family and I were shopping at Great Lakes Crossing for my birthday on August 29th. We came across this little flower “vending machine” and my fiancé offered to buy me whichever bouquet I wanted. I picked the one I liked, and he started the process of purchasing the flowers. When he tried to pay with his debit card a message appeared stating payment failed. He tried a different card and it was the same. We went to the other side of the flower case (there are flowers in locked cabinets on either side of the case) and were able to successfully purchase the same bouquet there. I messaged the business page via Facebook messenger and they replied very soon after stating they would look into it and call me. I received the call soon after that as well and he (I didn’t catch his name) was very understanding, kind, and really seemed like he wanted to get to the bottom of whatever happened. He explained thoroughly what he thought would be a resolution and I got another message this morning (August 30) with said resolution. Communication by owners is clear, quick, and thorough. I’m so so appreciative of them helping us get it figured out and they even compensated us for the flowers we were able to purchase just for the “hassle” though it was hardly that with how fast they took initiative.
Now to the flowers. I didn’t see a single bouquet that looked wilted or rotten. Every single bouquet was beautifully arranged and displayed in the brightly lit case. We had a certain amount of time to retrieve the flowers we got (it’s very generous, I think about 3 minutes or so) and as soon as I opened the door I could smell them. We purchased the bouquet that was on sale and even that one was so fresh and beautiful and smelled amazing. The carrying case is convenient too.
I’m so glad we came across Penny & Clover! It wasn’t in the plans for the day but with how convenient and inexpensive it is for fresh flowers, we couldn’t pass it up for the special occasion of my birthday. I will without a doubt recommend them to any of my friends and family who are in the area.

I'm obsessed! The flowers are GORGEOUS and last about 2 weeks with proper maintenance (everything is provided to keep them beautiful). The owners are so kind and passionate about what they do. I'm on my 5th bouquet already since they've opened
