Dr. Ahmed is one of the best doctors I’ve seen, I had septoplasty and tonsillectomy surgery with him, he explained everything in detail from Preop/ to postop. He made me feel extremely comfortable even when l asked some of my silly questions ! His surgical coordinator Aleena she was great extremely sweet, beyond helpful and together they are a great team! The front desk staff is very welcoming and office is super clean.! Great ENT doctor!!!

I have had chronic rhinitis for almost a year and it was getting progressively worse. I came to Becker ENT where I had a procedure on my nose, I believe it is called a Rhinair(?). This was not only a game changer but it completely changed my life. I no longer have to make sure I have tissues with me everywhere!! I had boxes of tissues in my car, at my desk at work, my kitchen, living room, bedroom and all bathrooms! I was constantly changing the boxes! Now? I have not had a drip on my nose since I had the procedure. Becker ENT changed my life for the amazing! Until you have a constant drip and can’t go anywhere without tissues you will never know how much my life has changed. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Both Doctor McCullough and her Clinical lead Geneveive were nothing but extremely helpful, informative, and caring from start to finish with the entire process of my septoplasty. From pre-op appointments, my surgery date, and my post op care, both of them helped make sure I was making the best decision for my health and continued to check in to make sure I am recovering as best as possible. I have no regrets in choosing Doctor McCullough to complete my septoplasty and cannot recommend her more. She walked me through every possible option to address my concerns, sat with me while I debated the pros and cons of different surgery plans, and prepared me perfectly for what to expect pre and post operation. It is abundantly clear how much she cares for her patients and made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in my decision to move forward with the operation. I am beyond grateful for everything the both of them have done for me to make my first surgery as smooth as possible!

Dr. Frake performed sinus surgery on me. He was very clear in his explanations and surgery went smoothly. He called me personally afterward & I was happy to report no pain and some improvement already. The office is very professional, Suha was especially helpful. Highly recommend Becker ENT.

This practice is exceptional. I’ve visited the Monroe and Freehold locations. Dr. Mignone explained my condition, treatment options, potential risks, and outcomes clearly. He provides opportunities for me to ask questions and address whatever concerns I may have. He is proactive in my care plan by actively following up on tests/imaging and responding to the messages I post on the myPennMedicine app. He’s absolutely professional and genuinely seems to care about my well-being. The support staff are also phenomenal. They are always pleasant during my visits and clearly walk me through the paperwork and any other requirements. They are patient so that I don’t feel rushed or stressed when completing paperwork or selecting locations for referral activity. Before I got setup on the app, they emailed me a copy of Dr. Mignone’s notes so that I could effectively discuss and research my condition after my initial visit. They even made sure to tell me their Freehold office is on a lower level to make sure I didn’t get lost. These ladies demonstrate top quality care support and bring a level of comfort to a potentially stressful experience.

Urgent situation for me last week. No allergies or cold, woke up 100% deaf in one ear. Called Becker ENT and they saw me immediately. Set up MRI, called in Prescriptions. A week later, still treated like royalty/ or family, I just had visit 2. Dr. McCullough is amazing!Patient. Explains so you understand. Lists treatment pros and cons. Gives options. The office is pristine, the staff is human, present and supportive. I had a curve ball when this happened, but I am so lucky to have Dr. Aubrey McCullough leading the way. 5 stars is not enough.

Dr. Frake and the team here are very efficient and attentive to patient needs. I am currently recovering well from an endoscopic sinus surgery procedure performed by Dr. Frake. I also appreciate their extra assistance with problems caused wholly by my United Healthcare Insurance, which plays many games…even handing out denials after procedures were approved with UHC’s own prior authorizations.
