It took two receptionist to assist one patient. Actually, the receptionist was working with me and stopped to help another patient while in the middle of checking me in. I wished that she finished with me before helping the receptionist. I took awhile to assist the other receptionist. Thanks for asking for my comments.

Dr Emerich was very thorough. She asked several questions concerning my health and checked a few things on me and is taking the appropriate steps to figure it out. She is sending me to have tests done to see where I’m at with them.

Office was very nice, staff were very friendly, and Dr. Ahmed was very helpful. My only complaint is that Penn Medicine sends too many texts / emails before and after. It's overkill, really!

Pleasant professional front desk staff greeted me. I was taken on time to the exam room. The receptionist reviewed information and asked the reason for my visit. Dr. Frake pleasantly greeted me and reviewed my record and thoroughly examined me. I booked my annual for next year!
