Pleasant professional front desk staff greeted me. I was taken on time to the exam room. The receptionist reviewed information and asked the reason for my visit. Dr. Frake pleasantly greeted me and reviewed my record and thoroughly examined me. I booked my annual for next year!

Dr Frake is very knowledgeable and we notice his opinions are respected by all doctors outside. He did ear tubing for our 1 year old and it went well. He also gives advice against unnecessary surgeries. Front staff is friendly and efficient.

All was good and everyone was friendly. It was a wee bit cold (no problem though). I think a little lavender or light blue 💙 would look lovely on the staff. And the Dr. Explained everything very well. Nice visit.

(however, the assistant who gave me a hearing test beforehand seemed intent upon getting me to purchase a hearing aid though admitting that my hearing was better than average for my age & the I had no immediate hearing issues & have no trouble at all--ever--hearing. this seemed unconscionable to me.)
