Malea B and Priya G pleasantly checked me in. I questioned why they were working from a table and laptop instead of a cubicle. They stated that they were in a cubicle but Penn moved them. This is not a good working environment for the front desk. I don’t understand why Penn would put this office staff into this situation. I was taken back to see Andrea Farwell in a timely manner. She is an intelligent DNP. I just felt that she cut me off a few times as I tried to explain my very complicated medical history. I do have a follow up appointment in one month so I will definitely give her another try.

This was an appointment with a doctor I had not previously seen and I was missing paperwork. The staff was very helpful and kind, but it did mean I had a long sit in the waiting room. I was very happy with my time with the doctor as he asked a lot of questions and was thorough in his examination of my ears, nose, sinuses and nasopharynx. He prescribed two follow-up tests. I think I am in good hands here.

Dr Samuel Becker is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, up to date with the most recent research and technology, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I’m never a fan of the scope up the nose process, but with his gentle prompts before, during, and after, it was a breeze. His surgical results are perfect too! I highly recommend him.
