Dr. Kyle Smith is a superb audiologist. He is exceptionally skillful and attentive, “customizing” my hearing aids for me so that they properly fit and stopped popping out of my ears. I wish I had met him years earlier when my prior audiologist simply gave up on fitting me, resulting in my having to discard my very expensive hearing aids. Dr. Smith is also a wonderful and caring teacher, making sure I mastered the techniques to inserting my devices, initially quite awkward for me. I also appreciate his generosity in being available by email for my occasional questions.

The whole team at Becker ENT has been incredible since I came to them months ago with a very severe sinus infection. I needed to have my deviated septum fixed and maxillary sinus washed out and Dr. Lupa was thorough, informative and wonderful throughout the whole process. He was very responsive with post-surgical questions and I always felt reassured. I couldn’t recommend him or the practice highly enough, especially for sinus issues!
