Front desk staff and very nice and the audiologist took time to answer my questions. Great experience all around!

Liked Dr who was attentive and smart and audiologist who seemed to have an excellent grasp of my issues. Did not like that no provision was made for hearing test as it had been at Upenn in Philly and which I imagined was the centerpiece of this visit. I had to make a separate appointment for test and drive back and forth a second time.
