I love that they were very punctual with my daughter’s appointment. The staff was really kind. The office was very clean and orderly. Ways that they can improve when dealing with pediatric clients is maybe sending a little video of the procedures or exams that they’re going to experience on the day of their appointment to ease some of their fears or anxiety. Overall everyone was professional and it was a good experience.
