First time visiting this office based on the excellent reviews for Dr. Paul Frake (ENT). I must honestly say that Dr. Frake is an excellent Dr. He has exceptional bedside manners, he listens to your concerns, he is very gentle and very professional. The office is very well managed and my wait time was no more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend anyone looking for an ENT Doctor, to visit Dr. Frake!

I had a terrible bout of Vertigo for the first time. I did not have an ENT professional so I contacted the local UPENN office. They were able to identify immediate availability to be seen at a location close to me. It was a miracle and I was fortunate the staff took the time to review available appointments at all locations as well as cancelations. The entire staff was wonderful! Very professional and courteous. Dr. Frake was excellent, explained my illness, and course of treatment. I was immediately put at ease once I understood the cause of my symptoms. This will be my permanent ENT provider!
