The office has their act together and the doctor was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They squeezed me in for a hearing test at their Monroe location within an hour, so my problem could be diagnosed quickly. Definitely recommend!

This was my first appointment at Becker ENT with Deidre Emerich, CRNP. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and I had a great patient/nurse practitioner experience. I will definitely be going back for my follow up and future appointments. I must also say that the front desk and other staff were very nice and friendly. Great place!!! I had once again gone to Deidre, at Becker ENT and she continues to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and so helpful explaining my diagnosis. Her future plans for my ear problem was explained to me. The office staff was wonderful!!

The attending physician was great. Honestly, the people behind the front desk were mechanical and frosty - not a patient friendly experience. But the doc was very good so that's more important.

It was a pleasure, professional, kind, with warm greetings. Dr. Edwards gets 5 stars as well. All in all, if I could I would give this practice 10 stars plus! Thank you

Dr Minone is the best. Caught my throat cancer early. Now 3 1/2 years clear. Not just a great Dr but just a great all around guy. Takes an interest in his patients. Have recommended him to others in my family.

I have only dealt with the audiologist, Dr. Kyle Becker, and he is fabulous. Kind and very deliberate in understanding my mom's memory, mobility, and hearing issues. Can't go wrong.

Excellent experiences with Dr. Wong. She spends plenty of time listening to all concerns and answering all questions. She diagnosed my problem and prescribed a medication that has worked well. Very personable with a great bedside manner.
