Dr Becker is an excellent specialist Dr.!!! Very personable, confident in his work, and he gives it to you straight!!! As to what you can expect, before and after the surgery!!! Let me just say, that he was spot on, made everything real easy!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone, needed these types of surgeries, or procedures!!!

I had sinus surgery three weeks ago and it was a very positive experience. The medical assistant was professional, courteous, caring and welcoming. She put me at ease, especially post op when I was nervous it may hurt. The front desk was professional. I would definitely recommend using this practice, it’s very professional and an excellent surgeon.

I just had a hearing test with Dr. Han. She carefully explained the purpose of each test and, when the results were in, adjusted my hearing aids accordingly. I highly recommend her.

Dr.Frake has earned my trust since my 1st visit early this year. This is my 2nd visit in 2024 to check on hearing issues due to surgery and radiation. Dr Frake was well aware of my situation (he’s the one who found my tumor and referred me to a head & neck surgeon). As usual he took the time to listen to me, then examined my nose, throat and ears (including both ear canals). Then he cleaned both ears from the radiation’s residue causing a big relief.. I’ve been very satisfied with Dr Frake services.

My son has been to both the Allergy and ENT doctors. Both Doctor Omar H. Ahmed and Kathryn Edwards are awesome doctors, patient with kids and ready to answer all the questions of parents. Overall great experience.One thing which I wish this practice changes is giving same day appointments in case of urgent issues.
