I have been a patient of Dr Scott Kay since 2022 and as such followed him to Becker ENT. He is knowledgeable, thorough, gets to the point and is easy to talk to and understand.

While the doctors at Becker ENT are great, Penn Medicine is a huge bureaucratic mess. Prior to this visit, Penn Med sent me forms to fill out electronically for Becker ENT. When I got to my appointment, the staff asked me if I filled out the forms and I said yes. I was advised that Penn Medicine did not share these forms with my doctor and I was required to fill out additional forms manually.
