My visit with Dr. Mignone was outstanding. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, with no unnecessary wait time. Dr. Mignone was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and thoroughly explaining my diagnosis and treatment options. I expect Dr Lupa to let me know more what kind of test he did for me. What shall I pay attention with the prescription I am taking. I checked online where inform me I should avoid to take some fruits and vegetables with higher acid. But doctor didn’t meatiness it at all. It is hard to leave message at the office phone for my question as well. I am disappointment.:(

Dr McCullough and staff are excellent. Appointment was on time and all my questions answered. One thing that can be improved is the salutations used when emails go out. “Hi (last name)” is not very welcoming. It most likely is automated and nobody checked it out before sending.

The staff is very friendly and inviting from intake to exam room. Dr Sterling was one of the best doctors I have seen. He was very knowledgeable and articulated his diagnosis and treatment plan for my sinus issues clearly, sincerely and confidently. So thankful that I went to see him and am starting the road to better health.

I request a hearing test to determine how I should proceed with with hearing aids, etc. The test was thorough and pleasant. The review or the test guided me towards the only option to that would improve my hearing and not waste time, money, and disappointment with hearing aids. Very happy patient.

Dr. Navarro was very nice. He was patient answering my questions and concerns regarding sinus pressure. He performed a test to rule out a sinus issue. He prescribed medication, and I will follow up. The staff was friendly. I was confident in his education and experience, and I was happy I chose him for my ENT.
