Audiologist Caren Sokow is beyond amazing. She worked with me on Resound M&rie hearing aids, carefully diagnosing the issue I was having with the domes. I ended up with the perfect custom inserts. They are spot on and I am hearing the best in my life. I can’t thank Caren for her patience and expertise. My quality of life is tremendously improved because of these hearing aids. I highly recommend Caren. She will set you up.

Penn ENT is the best of the best. I saw NP Shannon initially who was so kind, patient, and thorough. I ended up needed surgery done by Dr. Patel. An absolutely excellent doctor. I’m especially grateful to the surgical coordinator Celina. She went above and beyond helping me out with my short term disability paperwork. Every time I had an issue I actually had Dr. Patel call me directly, which I was so impressed by. Many times they squeezed me in for a same day appointment. If you need an ENT, this is the place to go!

I had two visits with Dr. Sterling (Walnut Street) and both times had a very positive experience. The appointments were easy to schedule, the staff was friendly, and the doctor saw me very promptly. More importantly, unlike many physicians who rush you in and out, Dr. Sterling took time to listen to my concerns, test for various issues and discuss alternative treatments, all the while being very reassuring and funny.

I recently visited BeckerENT and was seen by Dr. Sterling for some recurring issues. Checkin was pleasant, wait times were extremely short, and Dr. Sterling was friendly and thorough. I’ve met with a handful of ENT specialists over the years, and have put off treatment because I never felt 100% comfortable after my initial consultation. I treat at Becker ENT in Sewell for allergy and hearing aids. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I never have to wait for an appointment and the staff are all friendly and efficient. I have only seen the doctors on 2 short visits, but they were good listeners and took their time in answering my many questions. I have been to other allergists but Becker ENT has been the most helpful and effective in my treatment.
