Pre-appointment setup was easy, scheduling was streamline, front desk staff was courteous and professional. Dr Rosenstein was very sharp, courteous, thorough, professional and did not outwardly show that he had a schedule to keep. He did not rush the appointment and gave myself (first time patient) a comfortable forum to present him with my case. Very impressed. The office building was also VERY clean and beautiful. So far highly recommend.

I’m very happy & impressed with the professionalism of the doctors, nurses & staff here. My prior allergy treatment with another practice was interrupted by covid. Becker ent is far superior to the other practice. Easy to get appointments at the times I need & runs on time.

The doctor was very nice and listened to my concerns. My only complaint is that when I scheduled the appoinment I was clear that it was due to severe allergies. I had to schedule another appointment to return because I could not have allergy testing completed due to the fact that I had taken OTC allergy meds. Why didn't someone let me know (via phone call or message) to be off OTC meds for 5 days prior to my appointment? Now I have to wait 3 more weeks before I can back for the testing.

I saw dr. Richard Sterling who was excellent and very thorough. Although I went to see him regarding my ears, Dr. Sterling also checked my nose my throat and my ears. He reviewed my current medication with me and provided me with a specific Organization within my preferred hospital PA Hospital for a hearing test. I strongly recommend Dr. Richard Sterling as your new ENT, you will not regret it. All of his staff are as professional as the Doctor.

ENT was great but the Allergie department was not great at all. The doctor took things off my list and I didn't mind because they were going to test me. It turns out that they gave me a half fast breathing test and told they can't test me because I didn't meet their standards because I have COPD so the hell with the people that need this testing the most
