The "notify me if an earlier appointment is available" actually works at this practice!! Dr. Patel was on time -- coming to the exam room specifically at the exact time of my appointment. Dr. Patel was knowledgeable kind and professional. It was clear that he had reviewed my medical record before our appointment. Dr. Patel explained things in a way that was easy to understand, including next steps, options, and the pros and cons of each. Although I did not receive the quick solution I had hoped for, I trust Dr Patel's recommendations explicitly.
