I just had the most incredible experience and fun at the same time. My hearing test went as expected. However, it wasn't the test itself for the 5 stars. Every employer should have an employee like Paris A. She was my clinical audiologist. An incredible individual, a kind, fun and the spirit of a warrior. She was thorough, explained everything as we moved through the exam. She was empathetic to my concerns and answered all of my questions. If there was a sixth star, she deserves it!!! A keeper for Penn Medicine.

The office staff are very courteous and helpful. I had a hearing test and it was thorough and explained to me so as I can understand what she was talking to me about. I also saw another doctor who checked both of my ears and is currently helping me with my balance and the ringing in both ears. I believe my experience there was a good one and highly recommend this office.
