I visited this office in hopes of help with my hearing loss. I had a awesome visit with Elena Ballezzi. She was very thorough and took her time with me. Never felt rushed or like just another number. She cared about my needs and understood my concerns. I go back next week, hopefully the service is just as good. I can't see why it wouldn't be. At this time, I would recommend this office to anyone who asks. I actually already shared Elena's name. Thank you!

Dr Patel is an amazing doctor. He listens , takes action to diagnose thoroughly and makes recommendations on treatment without forcing it on you. I have been to other ENTs (in other practices) but all were bad experiences. I would highly recommend Dr Patel. Also the Audiologist (I cannot remember her name!) was a very good Doctor as well. Caring and methodical. Great experience all around.
