Dr Karen McQuade Au. D. is the BEST audiologist!! Very personized patient centered approach-takes the time to listen to my needs and address each thoroughly. Ordering new hearing aids was easy and quick. They even worked with my insurance in advance (surprise!) and I am covered for most of the cost of new hearing aids!! The office staff is friendly and scheduling is easy. I love the my chart app for keeping in touch with the providers, too. Thanks Karen!

Dr. Kim was a fantastic doc. His knowledge and bedside manner really impressed me. However, the front desk was bit weak. I completed all the forms online but she insisted that I have to do it again. It was very annoying . While J was leaving the office I rerequested her to pull the data from the central server but I don’t think she knows how to do it. She could make an effort to do that instead she told me that Voorhees office is not connected with the server. Anyway, this is Penn Medicine and I expected better than this service from the front desk. All the departments must work together to get a best possible patient experience. Thank you,
