I called the office with a concern and was able to be seen the same day. The ladies at the front desk with very kind and made the check in incredibly easy. I was seen without waiting a long time and the doctor I saw listened to my concerns and did a thorough examination explaining everything along the way! I truly appreciated his kindness and definitely recommend this practice.

The appointment was timely and staff friendly and efficient. Dr. Luke Kim listened to my reviewed my history and discussed the reason I was seeing him again. Immediate problem was with my left ear (blockage of wax) was resolved; and, the secondary reason for appointment was to schedule a hearing check-up, which I requested since my last hearing assessment was done a little less than 3 years ago. Would recommend this ENT office if asked by friends or family.

Becker ENT was fantastic. I believed, for years, that I had hay fever but guess what? I did not! I was shocked. Dr.Elias Akl was wonderful, and explained so much to me about allergies. Turns out I am allergic to a specific mold - which I would have never known without visiting. The staff here is outstanding as well. And there is one blood test they asked me to do, due to a specific swelling issue so - I want to recommend this team. They are thorough, easy to understand, and very helpful!

Dr. Rosenstein was kind, warm, and easy to talk to. He took his time to answer my questions and I would absolutely recommend him. I also want to shout out PA Robert Hughes. He is one of my favorite medical professionals that Ive ever worked with. He made me laugh and put me at ease immediately. I look forward to my next visit!

My appointment was at 11: 30 . They asked for me to be there by 11:15 which I was. But I was not seen till 12:00. To me 45 minutes is a little to long to be seen. Nothing too much was done. Dr said he couldnt see anything in my ear. Gave me a script for nasal spray and an appointment for a hearing test. Not really sure what that will accomplish. I hear just fine. Was hearing hollow noises when I chew food. Has subsided but not for anything Dr did .
