He’s always thorough, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. The technicians and staff are professional, friendly, and really understand what I’m there for. Physician’s Assistant Andrea F. was one of the best experiences with the medical community that I have had in years. Andrea was a perfect combination of care and knowledge. . She actually took time with me, answering my questions and addressing concerns. She was passionate about her work! I trust her fully. I will be a return patient as necessary.

I had a great experience working with Madison to help correct issues with my hearing aids. She was outstanding to work with and was extremely patient with my questions and answered everything well. She was very knowledgeable about the hearing aids and gave me some great sound advice on bringing my hearing aids up to speed. I was very fortunate to get Madison on the phone to help me. This was my first time seeing an ENT doctor. My throat had been uncomfortable for two months, and I was hoping to get a full examination. Before going, I thought this visit would only allow for some simple communication, and that if I wanted a full examination, I would definitely need to schedule another appointment, not knowing when it would be. After meeting the doctor Madison, she was very professional and quickly understood my situation. He said that based on this, he could give me a full examination right away. In just half an hour, the doctor examined all the areas that needed to be checked and told me everything was normal. This kind of medical experience was truly comforting and surprising.
