PDQ restoration has been a great help and resource to stabilize my damages caused by a water leak. Very knowledgeable with every aspect from assessing the situation, coordinating the repair and damages, and handling the insurance portion. Leo Trinidad, the lead supervisor, was instrumental in getting my repairs back in order. Leo was always on top of things but most importantly, very effective in communicating with me of their progress. I was always informed exactly what they were doing and how they were approaching the problem. So professional. I would highly recommend this company for when issues this occur.

Such a professional team and positive experience. My basement flooded and I had water damage. Leo and team started on the work immediately and came for 3 mornings thereafter to confirm the area was drying out. The team was always on time, courteous and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

The team was great and very responsive. They communicated with us along the way to make sure we understood everything that went into their work. The techs were thorough. Dave and Leo [with the help of John and Don over these 5 days] have been amazing! Professional, thoughtful and kind in the middle of chaos.

The company sent people to check on the job and see how we were all doing also.

They have all the insurance stuff taken care of too.

Leo, Dave and the other guys were obviously well trained in the clean up, worked into the wee hours when needed and were patient in explaining things to us.
Inter personal skills are excellent in challenging times. Just really good people!

The water wasn't their fault or ours; stuff happens, but it was a blessing to have them on our team. They truly made the nightmare doable and relieved so my anxiety.

We highly recommend them.

Our basement is dry and now normalcy begins again.

PDQ was great help and I highly recommend them. We had a pipe freeze break this winter, I reached out to them the night it happened and they were there first thing in the morning to diagnose the situation, deal with insurance, begin to remove any damage and begin drying everything out. I really had no idea what to do but within a few hours they were done. They really are great and I would hate to think about the situation I would be in without their help.
