I was fortunate enough to get to rent a lovely one bedroom apartment for a little over a year while I was attending UMD. The building is so well kept and clean, the neighbors in the apartments are all friendly. The facilities such as the gyms, game room, office and more are all amazing to have! Especially as someone who has never lived in an apartment before these spaces really made me feel at home. On a whole extra level the property manager of central flats Serena is amazing! Her communication upon any request is very quick and thorough, and when I moved out the follow through she has really impressed me! They truly care about their space they provide and the people who occupy it and even the ones who have moved out! They set my expectations wayyyy to high for future property management all the way from their fast maintenance request, to their awesome communication, to easy ways to pay rent online, up until the present time using them as a reference as I moved away! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

320 north is great. Apartments are super nice. Management and maintenance is super responsive and quick to get back to you. Highly recommend.
