Pam is definitely a professional from start to finish. Prior to our decision to buy we tuned into her Instagram lives and YouTube channel where she gave free educational advice. She even held Zoom meetings to answer many questions about home buying.
When we were ready to buy, we chose Pam because she had a great personality and you could tell that she was about her business. She was very informative about the process and was helpful with connecting us to our financiers. Pam made herself flexible to our needs when it came to communicating via phone or text. During our search, we viewed many homes and she always made sure we covered all of our desired territories.
At times, there were waves of emotions due to the current market, but she continued to be encouraging and positive even when we weren't. But In the end, with the help of Pam, my husband and I were able to buy our first home together.
