John's experience based knowledge helped me and I'm sure many others understand where my hearing needed assistance and the wide selection of options and prices available to meet the need. During the initial fitting visit John took the time to explain the basics of daily usage and all the details for using each feature. Additionally, Melannie makes scheduling and rescheduling a pleasant and easy task.

I remained a patient for one reason - new owner and staff. Aaron brought his business into the 21st Century with his major remodel. He retained my wife and me as clients due to his professionalism and exceptional front office staff. I know I am retired and I am pushing 80, but somehow I seem to have a crazy enough schedule than before when I was working. One less worry! When is my next appointment?
