John and his receptionist Melannie are prompt, professional, and friendly. John's experience based knowledge helped me and I'm sure many others understand where my hearing needed assistance and the wide selection of options and prices available to meet the need. During the initial fitting visit John took the time to explain the basics of daily usage and all the details for using each feature. Additionally, Melannie makes scheduling and rescheduling a pleasant and easy task.

Very thorough and detailed. The Brenham, TX location was very nice and easy to find. The staff were friendly and professional and easy to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the hearing specialist took plenty of time in examining, testing, and explaining the results and programming a set of hearing aids for me... I would highly recommend Padgett Hearing Aid Center.
