I am a 30+ year veteran in the real estate industry. Over the years, I have had my share of frustrating and underwhelming experiences with various home staging companies with the exception of one, Pacific Staging. Pacific Staging is by far the best staging company; no comparison. Pacific Staging consistently delivers an outstanding end result with stylish furniture and art without requiring any micro management on my part to obtain an exceptional outcome. Pacific Staging understands the design business and how to optimally present a home to get a home sold quickly and for top dollar. Their standard of work will far exceed a seller's expectations.
At my most recent listing, Pacific Staging ventured beyond its geographical area, but was able to completely transform the home within two days. The first day the home was shown during a public open house, an offer was submitted and accepted. Without exception, every person who toured the home was "wowed" by the presentation.
Everything Pacific Staging does is without a hiccup, and they stand behind their work. They came in, did their job superbly, and the deal closed. The icing on the cake is their pricing is competitive. Simply said, Pacific Staging is best in class.
