FacebookAustin was very professional because he text the night before to confirm appointment and the morning of the appointment he text again to let me know he was on his way. He even offered to pick me up something from the store 😀, such sweet jester. He did a great job on my carpet and I will definitely use Oxi Fresh again and PLEASE send back Austin.

He took time to listen to my concerns and he addressed them all. He gave me options without trying to upsell me! I’m so impressed with his professionalism as well as how beautiful, clean and sanitized my carpets turned out! I will be using their service again and I highly recommend them to all!
