GoogleThis was my first time using Overmeyer Law Professional Corporation I must say the service was amazing very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I missed my closing date the seller was not pleased they actually wanted to keep my deposit and re-list the property at a higher price. Bilkish was able to get me a 2 month extension with only an additional $5000 deposit for good faith which was applied to my original deposit. Bilkish was then able to close the deal with only receiving the mortgage instructions the day before the deal was to be closed with the new extension date Not to mention all the discrepancies she found with money that was not showing that I was to be credited to the sale and purchase of my home. Bilkish is very thorough The only lawyer I would ever use.
