WOW! Loved Dr.Peterson and his staff! The front desk was very accommodating. The girls that changed my bands every month always remembered my granddaughter selected my colors! Dr. Peterson is amazing!! I went in as an adult with horrible crowding, an overlap of my top front two, and a ugly looking bite. I got my braces off today after 1 year and 9 months and I can say that I can now smile with confidence!!! I want to thank Dr. Peterson from the bottom of my heart and recommend anyone who is insecure about their smile to schedule an appointment! It’s never too late to do something for yourself!!

Efficient process, clear communication and excellent service and just a top-notch staff and orthodontists. I appreciate they way they adjusted their office appointments to protect patients and employees from Covid19. My son's teeth look beautiful now too!

Dr Peterson is absolutely amazing. Such a personable and friendly man who is able to have fun with his patients while being very caring and professional with his work as well. I really appreciate the early morning appointments they have for people who work, it was nice to not have to take off work for my monthly appointments. All of the staff are very friendly as well. Couldn’t ask for a better care team!

I had Invisalign done through Orthodontic Associates and could not have been happier with the results! They corrected cosmetic issues that had bothered me for many years. Dr. Peterson, Dr. Finlen and their entire staff were knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly professional. In addition to the great health professionals, their state-of-the-art technology, text reminders and easy contactless check-in made the experience easy. Dr. Peterson was my orthodontist and every appointment, he had a good attitude. If I had any questions, he made sure to answer them. Mostly everyone there was super nice and informal.

The treatment my son received from this facility was beyond phenomenal. The office staff and doctors are friendly and treat you like family the moment you walk into the door. They take the time to answer all your questions and work with you on scheduling around appointments and school for the kiddos. They did a great job with keeping us informed regarding COVID and they even went through a renovation project with the office and they didn’t miss a beat. The end result is amazing and Keagan’s smile is beautiful because of them (and his hard work, too). I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Finlen was the best. I was a transfer and she helped get my braces back on track. Everyone is so nice and they make you feel special with little things like writing your name on the whiteboard and celebrating your progress! I 100% recommend!

Dr Finlen answered a call over Christmas break and came in to fix my daughter’s expander that had come loose and was causing issues. We no longer live in Central Illinois but if we did, their office would be our top choice for orthodontics. I really appreciated her willingness to help & her kind demeanor was very nice for my daughter.

This office 100% gets it! They surpass excellent customer service on all levels! From the receptionists to the techs to the Doctors-the culture this group of GOOD PEOPLE has created is exemplary to say the least. From your consultation forward, they explain everything in a way that makes you feel truly comfortable with your treatment plan. Everyone is so personable! Monthly adjustments feel like you're catching up with old friends. They're always willing to work with you on scheduling, billing and last minute, quick appointments to fix a pokey wire. I've had the privilege of seeing all 3 Doctors but can really only attest to the experience I've had with Dr. Peterson as he's the primary one handling my treatments. I can only imagine how much fun it would be to work for this Dr. So down to earth! They all are. You can tell everyone who works here loves their job and their patients, which is so refreshing to see in today's world. Kuddos to you all!
