Forced to get a new roof due to home owners insurance coverage, I met with 4 roofing companies to discuss my options and get quotes. I wanted a metal roof, but was open to other ideas.

I chose On Shore roofing because my sales guy Karl was very informative and really helped me understand the different types of roofs and how the entire process would go. He was extremely responsive to text messages and questions, and was always right there when I needed something. Karl even met me at a restaurant in the evening to sign the initial paperwork and take my downpayment, because I was leaving the next morning out of town and wanted to get things started asap.

They were very quick with permitting and initial metal delivery, the team they had remove my old shingle roof was done in a day, and the metal guys to install the roof were back very quickly and completed the roof in 2 days. They did a great job with cleanup and making sure old nails were not all over my property afterwards. Oh, Karl even connected me with a local Gutter company to help me put up new gutters once the job was complete.

To summarize, I highly recommend On Shore roofing and Karl if you need a new roof. From pricing, to communication, to the actual work, I was extremely happy every step of the way.

Onshore Roofing re-roofed our entire townhome community. They did a fantastic job. Very clean, very detailed, and as a roofer myself(I did not get the job, Onshore beat my bid by about $10,000), I can tell you they used high quality products and materials that I found very impressive. Vince, Karl, Joe and the girls in the office were all very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.
