This was our second home financed through Omni Lending working with Landon. Especially as a new home buyer, Landon took the time to answer all of our questions, and spent hours helping educate us on the financing process, what options and choices we could make, and strategizing around timing of our loan with market conditions. We worked with multiple lenders, and had by far the most positive experience with Omni.

They had everything ready for closing, and financing was incredibly smooth. Even after the financing, Landon continued to keep us in the loop and watch interest rates to let us know if a refinance made sense.

We have shopped around to a lot of different lenders, but will be coming to Omni Lending every time we need to finance. If you want a financier who will truly take the time to help you feel confident in your purchase/refi, Landon is your guy!
