Brenna K from Client Relations has been outstanding. I had many questions regarding my statement of account, and the products that I owned. She patiently took the time to answer all my questions and provide contacts where needed. Unfortunately, years ago I foolishly purchased grandiose products from some dodgy salespeople from other companies. Lessons learned. But Brenna at Olympia has been 5 Star.

Olympia Trust company has been very helpful, diligent, consistent, trustworthy, and reliable to my elderly father's financial needs. Whether is was with an existing mortgage, a renewal with better rates, refinacing , and ongoing support! During these times of high interest rates all over, dealing with the company was forth right, with full disclosure, and competent support from the Edmonton based staff.

I have found my experience working with this trustee company to be invaluable for the last 15 years. I have had lots of experience in diversifying investment portfolios via the purchase of private market securities using registered or non-registered funds. I know of no better trustee company that helps out with the purchase of such investments, helping the client stay on top of their investments via the portal or app as well as with their knowledgeable and reliable staff. The service that is provided all comes at a reasonable cost. Keep up with the good work and the innovations responding to the needs of clients!
