Michael at North Star Senior Advisors is very knowledgeable of the Assisted Living community and Memory care facilities in the Orlando area. He did not try to steer me into any particular location. He was always available to answer any questions I had and offer suggestions which helped me select a memory care facility for my loved one.

Moving into Senior Living is a big decision. I don't think any of us like facing the facts of our aging bodies and diminishing health. BUT, it is reality. I knew that it was time for me to move closer to family. That meant moving out of my home and community where I had spent 30 years making friends and creating a medical team. Very daunting!
Michael Quinones at North Star Senior Advisors was recommended to me. Together with my daughter, he helped us to create a list of various types of senior living options, all within minutes of my daughter's home in Winter Park, FL. Since I live hours away, we were limited in terms of when I could visit. Michael was there through the entire process. He accompanied us during the tours and offered unbiased advice and valuable information. Working with Michael has made an emotionally difficult situation so much more manageable.
At first nothing pleased me. But because Michael only recommended places that suited my needs, I felt comfortable putting a deposit on an apartment. I am looking forward to making new friends in a welcoming environment where all my health needs can be addressed now and in the future.

We were looking for an Assisted Living facility for my mother and did not know where to start. We also needed to find a place quickly. "Michael Quinones" at North Star Senior Advisors is a Client Support Specialist and was referred to me by a Case Manager. Michael is top notch! He is very knowledgeable. He also made a lot of phone calls to find the right fit for us. It was very comforting to have the assistance with scheduling appointments as well as a list of available options. His follow-up is superb and he is extremely professional. If you are in need of helping find a family member an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility, he will make the process go so much smoother. I honestly would have had to have made all of those calls myself, in which he narrowed everything down for us. He saved me days if not a week's worth of work! He also checked on us after placement of my mother to see how she is doing. I highly recommend Michael with North Star.

Ignacio and North Star Senior Advisors were instrumental in helping me find a residential facility for my family member. This was not the first time I had had to look for a place and at the outset, I didn’t think there was anything Ignacio (or anyone) would be able to help me with: I was wrong. From our first phone call Ignacio was knowledgeable and compassionate. Within 24 hours he had given me a list of 4 facilities I had never even heard of! He answered my questions along the way (which was so helpful given his wealth of experience) and attended facility tours with me to make sure I got everything I needed out of each visit. I would highly recommend this amazing team!
