Norman's was prompt and professional dealing with my hail damaged vehicle. It didn't take them long to assess the damage and determine it wasn't repairable. They gave time to get my stuff out before releasing it to the insurance company.

After our car was in an accident, insurance had it towed to Norman's for repair/estimates. While the car ended up being a total loss, Norman's was great when it came to communication and had a very quick turn around time for the repair estimate.
