Since she's a fellow Filipino with young taste, she knows what her clients are looking for in this modern era as well. At first, I sought out one of my friends named John Paul David with Milestone group. But because of his availability keeping him busy, he sent out one of his own to help us. Nina is very straightforward and welcoming. There was no shying away from her energy and she always stuck by your side when it comes to getting things done. We never hesitated to call if we had any issues related to lenders or contractors. She stuck her nose out for us and fought these sharks on getting us better deals so that we can live comfortably without hidden costs or fine prints. She took us to several places she thought we would love within our budget range and got it done in a day. She took the time to remember all the details we wanted from the model home so that she could make sure we have the same standards they were showcasing. A lot of builders love to take shortcuts and cheap you out on not providing the little things you wouldn't expect. She did walk-throughs with me and pointed out things I could have gotten without costs added and I was very impressed because these little details makes my home so much more efficient and convenient. If I had a chance to buy another house, I would pick her again to come and join us on some house hunting. We have the same tastes and I still ask her for advice when it comes to designing my home. I love modern, contemporary aesthetics with a earthy vibe exposing wood and industrialism. She's so open, friendly, and professional, that we became friends till today. Thank you Nina!
