For those wondering - yes, this is the closest NFCU branch to the city, and no, you do not have to be a member of the military to access the branch. When you get to the entrance gate for the USMMA campus, the guard will let you in with a valid driver's license (and possible proof of NFCU membership, but I was not asked for this).

There was no wait on a Thursday morning and the staff was very friendly/helpful.
