Every experience I’ve had with the team at Natology has been 10/10. Truly, their understanding of customer experience and attention to little details is what makes them standout. Years ago I sought them out when experiencing a cystic acne flair and they quickly got my skin on the path to healing. Since then I’ve had other treatments and with every one staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and make you feel pampered. All pros, no cons. Such an exceptional business.

I had an incredible first experience, the staff was extremely friendly, my facial provider Alicia was knowledgeable, guided me through my first facial and selected the facial to suit my individual needs, answered all my questions and more. I have had alot of facials, but this was one of my absolute favourites. I haven't been sleeping at home with a newborn I instantly had a glow and the eye revival adder helped remove my eye bags instantly. I highly recommend Alicia and Natology for your beauty and selfcare needs!

I recently had RF microneedling done with Alicia. I was nervous going into it never having done a treatment like this before. Alicia put me completely at ease by describing the treatment details and left the numbing cream on long enough that I hardly felt a thing. She sent me home with enough skin care samples to get me through the next few days which was greatly appreciated. Overall I can’t believe the very little downtime there is with RF microneedling! Looking forward to the next two sessions and the final results in the months to come!

Firstly, the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. When you enter the clinic, you immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. I met with Ms. Alicia for hormonal acne issues. She was very thorough with the whole consultation. She explained everything very clearly, and I was able to understand how each recommendation would benefit me. She was very understanding, and provided me with an effective long term plan to achieve and maintain clear skin. I trust her with my skin more than my dermatologist. It was my first visit there and I already can’t wait until my next appointment.

Alicia is amazing! I've been struggling with a cystic acne form of rosacea for a while now. My dermatologist was about to put me on Accutane but a friend begged me to try out Alicia first. I didn't leave with a bag full of expensive products and lofty promises, I left with a single supplement to help balance my hormones. And it's working! I was ready to take a drug that is very harsh on your skin and liver but instead I'm getting real results from the inside out. At 46, I have a lot of hormonal changes coming up and a holistic approach to balancing them will hopefully make the next stages easier to face.

My fave place for facials and dermal infusions! Bright, clean, relaxing. The level 3 facial is heaven. It really revs up the healing process for my hormonal acne. I am early 40’s and despite my struggles with acne I get compliments on my skin whenever I make a trip to Natology. Highly recommend.

I have had multiple services here with Alicia, and they have all been incredible. The level 2 facial was my first experience, and it was wonderful. My skin was glowing afterward and has never felt so clear and smooth. After that I booked in for laser hair removal, and the whole process has been so worth it! It definitely can get a little spicy, but the long term gain is so worth the brief momentary pain! I can't wait for my next appointment because from the lovely chats in the waiting room to the service itself is just an absolute joy.
