My husbands car had what we thought was a faulty battery and we went to autozone to get it replaced. Not even 5 minutes later we were having another issue and I told him to just pull into the first place we saw which was my transmission experts. Jerry came over to take a look and told us our alternator was bad! They said the part would be about 1,000 dollars and we said we couldn’t do that. Jerry got on google and helped us find a parts shop that had a more reasonably priced part to change out. They were closing in about an hour and he told us if we could get back in time he’d replace it. So we hurried and got the part and came back and they fixed it! My husband went to return the old alternator and the car broke down a little ways away. He sent a video to Jerry of what was going on but the shop was closed by that point. Jerry got in his personal vehicle and drove to my husband to take a look and figure out the problem. The alternator belt just needed to be adjusted and he did just that and the car worked good as new. That is above and beyond customer service! I told Jerry he’s found customers for life with have far he went to help us! If you need anything fixed please go to Jerry he is amazing!! This all happened in the same day by the way which i think is even more impressive! Thank you Jerry for your amazing customer service!!!

This is our second time using TACE and it just keeps getting better. These guys are kind, so professional and amazing at keeping you informed and updated! Not to mention being very reasonably priced! My mother-in-law recently passed away from vascular dementia. The last two and a half months were lived at Valiente. This home is the best. The staff took great care of her and the place is spotless. Even upon her death she was kept looking like an angel. We felt like family. We’re thankful to have found this home for her to spend her final days.

Went and had my transmission serviced on my 2019 Chevrolet 1500 done at their shop. My truck takes special fluid. Jeff and his crew had everything I needed when I arrived. Service was in and out great service great mechanics very clean shop. They also brought to my attention the other services. My truck needed at no additional cost went ahead and had them replace my serpentine belt Shop will recommend

We started our repair in late June of this year. This particular transmission shop, in the MTE chain is not their best location, but I have to say they have tried. There are several other shops all owned by the same shop owner, Sam Syed. His manager here Jimmy, had become extremely busy with other vehicles in for repair. I brought my 2003 Toyota because I had had trouble getting an accurate diagnosis, for continuing transmission problems. Granted, it’s an older vehicle for which parts are not always available from the manufacturer. But Jimmy knew this, as we started, over five months ago. He took on the repair, requiring the entire repair cost, $3000, upfront. I had never paid for any repair work of any sort, in advance in my entire life. It seemed as if there was no incentive to work on my car, diligently and without any delays. He took his time, ordering parts, getting his techs to keep working on my vehicle, instead of putting them on his more ‘valuable’ customers’ vehicles.
However five months later, he was able to acquire all of the needed parts. In his defense, a lot of these Toyota parts are not even available from any of the local dealers. They are on back order, in most cases. Anyway, I have my vehicle back and it is running as good as ever.

Had my f250 transmission rebuilt here a year ago under old management. Had a few problems that wasn’t addressed when I went back the shop had changed management and the manager Jeff honored my warranty. They rebuilt again and boy I can tell the difference. I drove for a week and put the truck to work before I wrote this review and it deserves the 5 stars.

My mom has vascular dementia. With the recent death of my father, I decided to move my mom to be closer to us. We chose Valiente. The staff is wonderful! The home is exceptionally clean. The residents eat home cooked meals that are prepared right in front of anyone in the living area. My mom is being treated with love and kindness. I highly recommend this facility. Stephen manages it well and he is truly keeping our loved one safe at the end of life.

My Mom moved into Valiente Care Home 4 months ago. We have been very happy with the care she is being given, the cleanliness and the over all staff. This was a huge decision for our family to make. One that we did not take lightly and thought about for a very long time. As a family, we can truly say we have seen many changes in my mom since she became a resident. Positive changes. She is happy and has made some friends. The atmosphere is very family orientated. The facility is set up like a home and does not feel institutional at all. The meals are prepared with fresh ingredients, which is really nice. I am very happy that we made this decision. We feel like my mom is in a safe place and getting good care.

Picked up my 2015 F150 just now and let me just say, I feel like it’s a brand new truck! The 2 gentleman were very professional knowledgeable and efficient. They did a tune up and transmission work and whoa wow and hell yea! I think perhaps they switched out my V6 for a V8 Diablo love it, we will absolutely bring the Jeep and diesel F250 here and no where else…wonder if the V8 would fit in my Jeep?

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Jason Fleitz, Manager; for his Dignity, Respect and Professionalism that he has shown me and my Family. As a Disabled Veteran it is very important to me that someone is honest towards me and my Family especially during these days when spending our hard earned money. Jason has taken care of us on three separate issues with two of our vehicles. Each time Jason has gone above and beyond ensuring we received this highest quality of communication and service. Jason has ensured that we were never up charged for things we didn’t need or services unwarranted. Jason also took care of an issue that a prior manager Marco; wouldn’t.

We had transmission issues on one vehicle and a Fuel leak. On the second vehicle it was the O2 sensor and catalytic converter on daughters vehicle. We are extremely pleased with the turn around time in getting our vehicles back and professional service performed. I can’t say enough about Jason other than; he should be emulated by others. Jason is a Man of his word and that is paramount with me. My transmission as a whole should be very proud to have him on their Management Team. I salute you Jason and will always take our vehicles to you for service. Thank you for the Military discounts too.

Had been told by another shop that i needed a new rear end on my Yukon. They went through my truck and took pictures of the inside of the rear differential and showed me that it was fine and all i need was axle seals and a brake job. They saved me from a $4000 bill and did what was actually needed and my bill was less than $2000. Max is not going to sell you something you don’t need. Rodney the mechanic is going to treat your vehicle like it was his own. Great people great service.❤️

This place is amazing in so many ways and has helped quite a few of my patients have a more personal and caring experience. They have home cooked food, actual caring trained staff that sits and interacts with the residents and the charming facility sits in the country easy off 249!
Management actually listens to your concerns will make your loved ones stay the best it can be. The best things I love about this facility are the lower staff ratios and 24 hr care! I recommend how they go above and beyond for each and every resident!

I am so happy I found Valiente. Stephen and his staff have given me so much peace of mind. I recently moved my grandma in and they have been so amazing with showing empathy and compassion. The former home was neglecting her and I can see a big difference now that she is at Valiente. Stephen and Melissa communicate with me and I feel informed on my grandma's daily living. The home is well kept, it doesn't have any bad odors, and you will always see staff working and participating with activities for the residents. I wish I would have found this home all along..that's what it is, a home. It feels like a home and you can feel the love inside.

It's almost been 2 months since my grandpa started staying here. When I started searching for homes for him I never thought I would find a place that made me comfortable leaving him there overnight or even long term for that matter. When I spoke with Steven to setup a meeting I already felt like we were headed in the right direction. Then after getting to sit down with him and get to know how much he cares about Valiente and all the residents I knew this was a good fit for our family. Steven has hired the best group of nurses and a few of them are absolute stand outs. They sit with him, hold his hand, respect him, give him lots of attention, always smile, put him in his cowboy boots and hat... it just makes my heart so happy seeing young women my age treating my grandpa the way I prayed he would get treated. They make sure he has plenty of good food to eat, snacks, his cup is always full if he gets thirsty, and plenty of blankets to keep him warm. I can't thank Steven and his determination to make Valiente as much like a home as possible. I don't mean nursing home, an actual home. They have gone above and beyond trying to take care of my grandpa. I couldn't have prayed for a better place. Cherry on top, it never smells like a nursing home either. These guys take pride not only in their job but their place of work as well. I cannot recommend this place enough if you need a place to bring your loved one. ❤️ Thank you Valiente.

My jeep got stuck in 2nd gear and would come out. I limped it in to the closest transmission repair shop which happened to be these guys two minutes before they close. The manager was nice and took his time with me. He had my car diagnosed the next morning and provided me with a fair price. My car was ready two days later. I don't like car repairs but this one went as smooth as it possibly could have. I will definitely use these guys again!

These guys are GREAT. Brought my 2014 ram 1500 to them and it was an absolute MESS. Tony was nice enough to give me a ride home when I dropped it off. The previous mechanic had made the worst engine and transmission repair I have ever seen. Hayden got on the case and went way above the call of duty by pulling every string he could to help me with what I wanted done to the truck. They helped with financing and the repair that would have otherwise been unaffordable to me. Hayden kept me constantly updated and they never pushed my truck aside to finish other jobs. I want to thank the entire team for their uncommon work ethic and incredible attention to detail. I may update this later with pictures and other things. Thanks guys!!!

Thought I was having a transmission issue. Called and got ahold of Marco. This man was excellent over the phone. He explained exactly what they were going to do to diagnose, and was very transparent the entire time. He got me in and out in 1 day with my repairs. Sent pictures of the progress and damaged parts. Marco is an Honest man, and a great guy.

Highly recommend this shop for anything auto related, and definitely recommend you talk with Marco when you do.
