I can’t express enough how knowledgeable, professional and attentive these people were from the second I first called and spoke with Jenni. I was dealing with a very confusing and stressful situation and she REALLY helped navigate me through the process and helped me to understand. The “Mold guys” as we called them were amazing! They drove nearly two hours each way to work on my home. They were super friendly and made sure we were aware and comfortable with every step they took. They went above and beyond for us and I’m truly appreciative of that. My only wish is that they did more than just mold remediation so that I could hire them for the rest of the work 🤣. Thanks Mold Masters!

Absolutely exceptional. Jenni was beyond patient and helpful from the moment I contacted her and even after the visit. The crew who came out were helpful and made me feel at ease about leaving my home to perfect strangers. They called to let me know they were stuck in traffic and to be sure the delay would not be a problem. Upon arrival they apologized repeatedly. It is very apparent quality is their top priority. Everything was explained before, during and after the treatment. Mold masters far exceeded our expectations.

We needed an Air Quality tests after having mold removed. Mold Masters has a great price was super nice about the bajillion questions I asked and was super fast to book and get in and got a test result very quickly.

Absolutely amazed at their professionalism. We contracted Mold Masters through our realtors who recommended them for a potential home we are looking to buy. Asides from getting the good news of no mold, they took their time to explain to us what testings were done, how they were done, and the different types of molds that there is. None the less, they told us what to do if in the future we ever find any new growing mold and how to maintain an ambiance for it to not grow. They also got back to me as soon as they received the results. I must say it was a great investment! Would recommend to anyone.

Jenni and Pat were professional and delivered what they promised on time and in short order. The before and after treatment air samples proved they took me from a very unsanitary AC system to a very clean system in just a matter of a couple hours. In addition to their great mold treatment service Pat found a gaping hole in my duct work and did a temporary repair to hold me over until I could get an AC technician back to repair their work. Worth every penny and must less expensive than replacing all the duct work.

I would not recommend any other! Mold masters are the best most professional and courteous individuals I’ve ever met. We were tested and found to have the 6th highest level of spores in Florida . Chase and Jenny dropped everything to deal with our problem. They are amazing!! Today is the 1st day of living spore free and my fiancé can actually breathe and hasn’t coughed once ! I guess you can say chase, Jenny , and Pat are the bomb!!! They saved our life!! Thank you so much For everything You’ve done !!

My house was pretty bad, up until the point I allowed Mold Masters to come work on my house. Very professional and did their best to radicate the mold in my house. They were also great people, fair, and honest. Would recommend them to anyone having problems with mold.
