I had a great experience with Mr. C’s for the replacement of my septic tank and drain field at my home in Miami Shores. The entire project was handled professionally from beginning to end.
Kemble, the owner, was very involved throughout the entire process and was always responsive, knowledgeable, and available to answer questions. He made sure everything was properly coordinated, including the work and inspections, which made a fairly significant project much easier and less stressful than expected.
The quality of the work was excellent, and I really appreciated Kemble and his team’s reliability and professionalism. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

We had to connect our sewer line to the city line and eliminate our septic tank. I got quotes from 3 companies and Mr
C's was the least expensive. There were significant delays in getting the permits but according to Mr. C's, it was due to an issue with the city. However, once they started the work, they got it done. We had to prep the area (remove pavers and fence) and they did not replace the grass that was torn up but that was not part of the agreement so I didn't expect that. If you want them to restore things to the way they were, make sure to add that to the contract. We are having more construction done so it was not important to us. I would recommend them and I would use them again if I had another project.

Mr Cs was fantastic. Timely, knew exactly what permits etc were needed and were very helpful giving clarity to a very opaque process (like what permits are needed), and we’re very communicative. They installed an entire new septic system in about 3 days - pretty incredible imo. System was functional same-day (meaning the bathrooms were ready for use from old system to new in the same day). Then a few days for soil cleanup and inspections. Highly recommend them.
