MouseCalls VIP service has been fantastic. I have had several problems with my technology and they have responded and resolved issues quickly and efficiently.
Things usually go wrong on Sunday night when a project is due for Monday morning. No problem, it gets resolved

Service, staff, attention, timeliness….was wonderful! I had the screen replaced on my grandson’s MacBook Pro. Looks and works great now! And when staff learned it was a birthday present for him, they went above and beyond to make sure it was completed on time. New part AND I save $$ compared to Apple’s pricing! Would definitely recommend MouseCalls!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I fried a laptop keyboard with a bleach wiped and asked MouseCalls if they could get me a replacement. It has been a long time since I've had such a great customer service experience. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They also we're not pushy at all when I declined for them to install it. And if their customer service wasn't enough, their customer portal is incredibly slick and easy to use. These folks really have got computer/tech help figured out. I've been so impressed with them that I've also had them securely some old equipment, scheduled an evaluation of my home wifi WiFi network, and may check to see if they can pull photos off an old iPhone.
