I Value honesty (not lying) and integrity (keeping your word) above all else in dealing with money. Our momentum Solar sales consultant Mr. Hanif embodies those traits and made the sale process easy. He was personable and knowledgeable. I have an engineering background with the tendency to ask million questions. He impressed me when I asked the only techie questions he couldn’t answer…(can the rain water off of their solar panels be considered toxic free and harvestable). He acknowledge he didn’t know and immediately called someone who could find out. I got an exact answer within minutes. I was happy to hear that it was considered toxic free and I could proceed with my rain water harvesting build for my garden. So far the experience has been very positive. Everything Mr. Hanif had promised has been carried out with constant communication. We are looking forward to having the panels installed, doing our small part for the environment and power bill. Note: I can compare his sales process because 2 other companies came over before Momentum. The other companies sales person was extremely proud of their aggressive nature. The 2nd company tried to sell us a system that would have added 100 to our monthly bill.

The four man installation team was extremely professional and friendly. Each man stayed busy with their faze of instalation to completion and stayed late to complete in one day with 49 panels installed. On completion of install all items were double checked and roof, yard and work area were clean and neat. On my final inspection every item was done profesonaly and a very clean install. They then gave me a walk-around and explained the system and the electrical boxes they installed. Again. A stand up instalation team.👍

From the time they arrived in my residence they, projected confidence and professionalism; politely introducing themselves, clearly explaining their working plan and answering to my satisfaction my questions regarding safety and technical issues. I was gratified observing how well they worked as an effective team and always assisting each other while following safety procedures. I couldn't believe how easy and inexpensive setting up and installing solar panels was. The actual installation took just one day. The best part was the solar panels are made in the USA. Momentum also maintains the system. I couldn't be happier that I chose Momentum to install and maintain my solar system.
