Many solar firms contacted me. NONE of them followed up. Momentum is extremely responsive and very, very pro-active. Everyone was very polite and gracious. The installation was a breeze and we are VERY PLEASED with Momentum. I would never even think of hiring anyone else.

Momentum solar is the best Company we found to get are Solar system from. We have had our system for over a year now without any issues. We shopped 4 other companies and found they all had the same product at the time with different warranty’s and pricing, momentum had the best deal and warranty. We had 2 issues during the install and 1 after. The first issue was I had an open electrical Permit prior to them doing any work so they could not Close out their permit till I got the other permit fixed. Momentum took care of the existing permit issues without any additional fees or issues. They just said we have to fix your panel to get our permit closed out so they needed an extra 1hr to get the other permit fixed. The other issue was during install they ripped one of are screen windows on the Second floor. Without any questions or issues they took care of the issue very quickly. The issue we had after the install was the Interface to see how much power we made was not what we thought it would be. We wanted Real time info on what we where actually making. They came back at no additional cost and installed sense monitoring which gave us real time info and so much more. We can see what we are using at any giving time and how much power we are making so we know if we went over or under for the day. It can also tell you what is using power and how much power like washer, fridge raider , microwave ect. Definitely recommend getting sense minoring system to anyone who is getting solar. The sales team had us very skeptical being it sounded to good to be true but everything they said and sold us on was very accurate no disappointments. We bought our system to get the most value out of it and to take advantage of the rebates. We highly recommend them and show everyone our Electric bill and the app so they can see we do not pay for power at all since we got solar and how much power we generate from only 8 panels. We have a 2,000sft house and live in Connecticut so we don’t make much power during the cold months but make enough during the summer to make up for the lost power in winter.
