Mr. King and crew were in and out of my house in about 10 hours total over a couple of days for a complete install on my 2 unit system (2 & 2.5 ton). I have a 3 story home and the upper level air exchanger is in a particularly awkward area on the front-wall attic access, and they were efficient and professional with zero mishaps.

These guys were great. Dylan and Steve know their stuff. Did a complete install heat and AC, with gas furnace and added heat pump, and they got it done in a day. Only had to come back the next morning to run another wire for thermostat but had heat up and going same day. Cleaned up their messes as they made them when running lines everywhere. I had 3 estimates and they had by far the best deal for price and comparative equipment used.

We had a very positive experience with Modern Air. I originally called because our system was running outside and not inside. We knew our system was original to our house, so it was 20+ years old. Steve came and got it working for us but did inform us that it wasn’t a long term fix and we would need a new unit. He quoted a price for the new unit and I paid him for coming out that day. After researching, we found that Modern Air gave us a very fair quote and I scheduled with them. The new unit was put in promptly! They were nice young men and respectful to our property. When we paid, the original amount I had paid for the quick fix was deducted off. I appreciated that!
