BBBWe were in town on vacation trip and needed a mobility chair for grandma last minute. The lady at Mobility plus was very friendly and helpful in helping us get in a rental mobility chair. This was our first time renting one of these and thankfully everything worked out great. I would recommend this place.

GoogleI recently rented a rollator walker from Mobility Plus in Tucson, Az and highly recommend the company. They were very courteous and helpful with my rental. My travel date changed and they were more than accommodating to cancel the first request and book the second. Their pick up service is well worth the cost also. In the course of my arrangements, I dealt with several people in the company and they were all great to work with.

GoogleI had to bring a folding mobility scooter in to get the opening mechanism fixed on short notice. In such a short time, they were able to get it operable for my event. I brought it back after the event to get it fully fixed and they were incredibly helpful and quick to get it fixed fully. Their rates are super affordable and reasonable. If you need to get a scooter fixed, come here! I’d definitely support them in the future

They diagnosed the problem with the batteries for free, they also checked the charger for free, they replaced the batteries, the price was what I expected. GoogleWe couldn't have had a better experience. We rented a wheelchair for a weekend outing with my mom. She's 78 and doesn't get around well anymore. When picking up and returning the chair, we were greeted outside, assisted with loading and unloading, and 100% taken care of. This is how every small business should be run. Customer service at its best!!

GoogleRecently, I have been experiencing mobility issues. I went to the Oro Valley Mobility Plus store to see what was available. They had devices that I never knew existed! After spending two hours at the store, with one on one assistance, I was able to purchase items that made my daily living easier and more enjoyable. I felt like I was listened to and valued as a human being. I have told all of my friends about this store. Even though it is about 15 miles farther than similar type stores in my neighborhood, the selection and service I received there made it well worth the drive. You will not be disappointed if you go to this store. As I age and my journey through my medical condition continues, I will always go to this store to address my needs. It's nice to know that I will have a friend to assist me on this journey.

Got us all set up and even helped carry the batteries out for us since my husband is wheelchair bound. Just loved the store. My only suggestion for them would be to put the handicap spot closer to their front door but either way it was a great trip, shop, and employees. We’ll be continuing our support for this business.
