GoogleHad a very pleasant experience with Andrew & Mr Wireless IT services. Andrew immediately diagnosed the problem with my desktop computer & had the parts on his van to fix it. He then transferred all my files to my new laptop & proceeded to answer all my questions & gave me quick lessons on several topics. GoogleMark and his team put in a video system for me. A year later we started having interface issues between the cameras and the dvr. The guys were available for consults and site visits to try and sort it out. Ultimately it came down to the cameras being replaced at their cost. Its so rare these days to experience a company that stands behind their work and solves problems willingly and professionally. My pleasure to recommend them for your wifi, video, security and tech needs.

GoogleHappy New Year! Often times we overlook the importance of keeping ourselves and our family members safe. This is when I was introduced to Mark Williams at Mr. Wireless. Mark came out for an initial assessment of our home and discussed what type of camera system we were looking for and the ability to access that system from our smart phones. Afterwards his team members came out to install the camera system. Our whole experience was great from the beginning to the end. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. We were even surprised when the Installers asked for something to clean up the dust that would have been left behind. There was also a follow-up conversation to make sure we were satisfied with the placement of the security camera system. Highly Recommend! Thank you so much.
